I can also file disputes online from here as well for TransUnion and Experian. Equifax, I have to call or write a letter. I am not penalized FICO wise, because these inquiries are considered soft inquiries. Along with this, I get $25K of identity theft insurance. It also notifies of any inquiries that are done, and new accounts opened in my name within 24 hours of the reporting. That way, if I am a victim of identity theft, I can act on it pronto. It is well worth the expense and I highly recommend it.
