My husbands uncle was intrested in purchasing a vehicle. However when the dealer ran his SSN for credit history/fico, they were not able to pull anything up, no fico or history. Why is this? Does this happen when you haven%26#039;t used or financed something in years?

If he has not established credit anywhere within 7-10 years, the credit bureaus will not have any data on him.

Your husband%26#039;s uncle needs to establish some form of credit so this doesn%26#039;t happen in the future. No credit is almost the same as bad credit.
